By doing a practice that we enjoy in a gentle and friendly atmosphere we can more easily commit to doing it consistently.

All Classes are on Tuesdays from 10 AM – 11 AM

Taught by Tai-Chi instructor, David Haines. All classes are beginner friendly and tailored to all levels. Classes are held in our new community room.
