A gentle yoga class which focuses on bone and joint health, mindfulness,
breathing practices, and the creation of a wellness focused community.
Chair yoga can be gentle or it can be a more challenging workout,
whatever is appropriate for the individual student. Chairs are available
but not required for the class.
A limited number of blankets will be available but you may want to bring
your own. $5 donation requested
Stephanie Fischer has been teaching yoga for 7 years and has recently finished a two-year Yoga Therapist training. She is currently working as a Yoga Therapist in the Hudson Valley.
