SRP: Mud Creek Returns to Explore the Moon!

Pamela Price from Mud Creek Environmental Learning Center will help us discover why the moon looks different throughout the month. We will also celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11 and learn about how Neil Armstrong took the first steps on the moon’s surface on July 20, 1969. We will make a Moon Phase Calendar and Calculator so you can figure out what time of day and where you can see your favorite moon phases.
We will read the book, Destination Moon by Seymour Simon and make foil printed moons.
