Zoom Tai Chi with David Haines

All Classes are Tuesdays at 10:00 am
and Thursdays at 5:00 pm via Zoom

 

Why not choose an intention to improve your well-being through Tai Chi and Qigong. Better balance, less stress, improved flexibility, all that and more can be a goal you set for the new year. By doing a practice that we enjoy in a gentle and friendly atmosphere we can more easily commit to doing it consistently. Taught by TaiChi instructor, David Haines, all classes are beginner-friendly and tailored to all levels.
