Learn the art of simple bookmaking as you create an attractive hard or softcover book, plus ways to incorporate text and images. Students will measure, cut, and assemble their own components to create a handmade book. Topics covered in this class include an overview of bookbinding techniques, coptic binding instruction, saddle stitch instruction, collage experimentation, and book transformation.
Workshop size limit is 10 people. The small size of this class makes sure each student has one-on-one time with the instructors so everyone walks away with a book they can be proud of.
