Defensive Driving Class for 10% Insurance Discount
Those who complete the Point/Insurance Reduction Program are eligible for an immediate 10% discount on Collision and Auto Liability premium. This discount will apply to all vehicles for which the attendee is the principal operator FOR 3 YEARS!
If you have incurred violations during the 18 month period prior to completing the course, up to FOUR points will automatically be reduced on your driving record. All principal vehicle drivers are eligible regardless of violation accident record, senior citizens, youthful drivers and assigned risk drivers. No formal testing – festive classroom participation, informative movies. This class is recognized by all New York State Insurance companies.
There will be a half hour lunch break. Bring your own or shop across the street.
Victor Bujanow, Chief Instructor and Deborah Harpine, APW are approved by
Empire Safety Council to teach this NYS DMV approved Defensive Driving and
Point Insurance Reduction Program.

Class is limited to the first 20 paid registrations. Register at the library or by phone 518 851-7120. Make checks payable to Victor Bujanow, $35 in advance (mail to the library at PO Box 417, Claverack 12513), $40 at the door.
As host, the library receives a portion of the registration fees.
