Story Hour For Grownups

Sunday, October 18, 2020 | 5:00 pm

Please join us as we read and discuss The Warden by Anthony Trollope. The Warden, published in 1855, is the first book in Anthony Trollope’s Chronicles of Barsetshire series. Set in the fictional cathedral town of Barchester, The Warden centers on the honorable cleric Septimus Harding, one of Trollope’s most memorable characters.

The book is available from our system catalog and can be ordered by logging onto the Mid-Hudson Library website.

Weather permitting, we will socially distance meet on the lawn of the little library. Please bring a chair, and a mask. We will also Zoom for those that cannot attend in person. If the weather is not good we will meet inside the library.
